Where does teak come from |

Most of the world's teak supply comes from plantations in Southeast Asia which is the best teak lives in Thailand and Myanmar from reserved production forests, carefully managed by the government forestry agency. |

 MAINTAINANCE |
| |
The natural oil content of Teak makes itself resistant to water and weathering. Over time, teak will age to a soft silver-gray color, watermark or fungi on its surface. The original golden-honey brown color look may be maintained with the application of sanding or teak oil once or twice a year depends on sunshine attach level, though most prefer the classic elegance of the aged wood. Small cracks may appear in the surface of the wood as well, but this is part of the normal aging process and in no way harms its integrity. These effects do not affect the durability of the teak furniture or the wood itself. |

Staining (by Wood Stain, Poly Urethane, Lacquer, Teak Oil, or Wax) |

Please note, once you stain your teak, you cannot return to the natural golden brown or silver-gray color without numerous sandings. Stain is intended to be permanent. If you choose to stain your furniture after it has turned silver-gray, you must first sand it 2-3 times before applying stain.Do not leave teak furniture in puddles of water or on wet ground.Cover your teak furniture during winter months or move into covered area. |

Return Policy |

We will not accept any return items, but it’s in our warranty policy. We may change / repair parts or change new item for customer if there is any damage occurs. |

Warranty |
| |
Our products are warranted to the original owner for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This allows for replacement of any defective component at no charge within the first 1 year. Depending on the damage or claim with these following solutions

(A) Send replacement part or hardware
(B) Repair item in our workshop, Hayward, CA.
(C) Replace with new item. |
The warranty does not cover damages caused by the effects of normal wear and tear, severe weather occurrences, negligence, misuse, and unauthorized repairs. |

Shipments |

1. Normally we are manufacturer mainly distribute in full container, other kinds of order we send
via UPS or DHL.
2. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, WRITE "damaged" on the delivery
receipt. The driver will give you a copy of the delivery receipt.
3. KEEP the damaged goods and packing! DO NOT REFUSE THEM!
4. Notify  immediately and promptly fax the copy of the delivery receipt to at
(662) 911 5790 so a claim can be filed. |

Any damage noted after the delivery receipt has been signed cannot be claimed and are subject to “Teak Garden Furniture Guarantee policy”. |
